Any stress-free long-distance move starts with the estimate process. A Moving Experience project manager comes to your home and assesses your belongings and project needs. We do this to get out in front of any potential issues and to ensure a fully accurate price. This prevents any last-minute surprises. Then, the moving is done by The Moving Experience’s in-house professional long-distance moving team. Our drivers will provide you with consistent updates in transit, and you will receive a live-GPS-tracking-link with your goods in the truck. Lastly, our internal team along with the project manager will be there all along, to provide you with good communication throughout the entire process.
While en-route to your destination, our trucks stop off at completely secure facilities, so you can have peace of mind that your belongings are safe. When delivery day approaches, we will provide you with full details to ensure a safe and easy delivery.
A couple things to take note of that we think you should know:
1. We are not a broker or ‘low-ball’ moving company (these are intentional scams). We have all heard the stories of people who just went with the cheapest price, only to have it double or even triple later. PLEASE let us help you avoid this! We recommend reading reviews and also looking up a Company’s USDOT number on the USDOT SAFER website, to show you safety record, crashed, inspection reports, and/or if they are a real company at all! Let us save you from learning, the hard way!
2. We are upfront about pricing, and we honor our estimates.
3. We don’t have any ‘day-laborers’ here. All of our movers are W-2 employees, professionally trained, uniformed, and covered under worker’s compensation.
4. We are able to continue to modify pricing, as logistics change. For example, we can share some of the trip cost with other clients if we have multiple people in the same truck, saving you money.
5. We will do right by you. Our primary goal is to turn you into a raving fan, and not just a past customer.
6. We have done a TON of moving. If there are any issues you are facing, or are just plain getting overwhelmed, PLEASE call us and let us see what we can do.
